Wooden veneer seems to be a hot little item in the world of crafting these days. More than anything else, I’ve been seeing some really impressive DIY pendant lights, but the product could be used for so much more. I gave it a spin myself this week, making a set of coordinating light wood planters to contain a few new houseplants. It’s easy to work with, and inexpensive too (around $7 a roll for 25-feet).
I think you’ll like the finished result a lot. See the whole project in today’s post on DIY Network.
P.S. In a second very important post on DIY Network, I ask, to backsplash or not to backsplash? That is the question. Help me out.
